All dressed up and nowhere to go! Hahahaha this w All dressed up and nowhere to go! Hahahaha this was supposed to be a post about how me & my best friend had decided to make our regular Monday nights together into “going out while staying in” nights...aka change the sweatpants into party outfits and the cups of tea into cocktails or bubbles...starting tonight 🙈! We were so bored with everything being closed! We have these Monday nights get together for more than 10 years now, ever since her boyfriend wanted to watch soccer and she was going to miss out on Desperate Housewifes. We didn’t really know each other but went to the same gym and we both protested when they try to change a class to the time Desperate Housewifes was on. So she got my number through the gym and we’ve been best friends ever since! And so are our Monday nights, yes ofcourse we miss out on some as life gets in the way, but that was our own choice. 😔 But we will tough this out and when Mondays are back on, the bubbles in my fridge will pop just a bit louder 🍾♥️! #cantwaittillitsover #curfew #cocktailsathome #partyathome

After work drinks with my colleagues...oh wait...🦠 2020 made me do it...i hardly touched alcohol the last couple of years and if i did, it was always with other people like during a dinner party or night out! Than someone brought me a bottle of Baileys at the end of last year and made me rediscover how good it tastes in coffee & hot chocolate...lets just say...that bottle is almost empty 🙊! NEW RECIPE SANDWICH HOT JACK Some like it 🔥🔥🔥! Don’t worry, you can make this sandwich as hot as you want. The recipe is based on the famous Broodje Hete Kip (dutch for Hot Chicken Sandwich) but i decided to make it meatless...using Jackfruit 🍈! Turn out so good as Jackfruit absorbs flavours so well.
